Version 2.1.0
Digital Logic Sim » Devlog
Note: I've set the version to 2.1.0 because this update contains bug fixes relating to the core simulation. It's therefore possible for the behaviour of some chips to be affected if they happened to rely on this.
Change Log:
- Fixed simulation bug where multiple buses lead to some having incorrect state
- Outputs of split/merge chips are now correctly in disconnected state when no inputs are connected
- Fixed bug where a chip 'A's save file could become corrupted in certain cases after deleting a pin in another chip that A uses.
- Simulation loop now restarts if a chip is deleted that the current chip relied upon internally
- Improved chip deletion warning message in chip library
- Allowed opening projects where project directory name does not match saved project data (in case modified by user)
- Wire edit mode can now be exited by clicking on anything else
- No longer save unnecessary information (such as bus colour, which is derived input source). This avoids falsely triggering the 'unsaved changes' warning in some cases.
- Note: when upgrading from older versions however, unsaved changes warning will trigger until the chip is saved in the new version
- Fix for arrow keys causing missing char symbol on Mac (my untested fix last time did not work...)
- Thanks to Omay238 on GitHub for the contribution
